Shipping Policy

All crystal and orgone pieces are one‑of‑a‑kind, hand‑crafted, and prepared to order. Because of this, please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships. During peak seasons or complex pieces, processing may take up to 10 business days. (Orders notably are processed within 48hrs)

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

We ship within the United States via insured parcel service (typically USPS or similar carrier). After shipment, standard U.S. delivery is approximately 5–10 business days. Tracking information is emailed once your order ships; it may take up to 24–48 hours for the carrier to update tracking.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to most countries. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Estimated international delivery times:

• Standard international mail: 7–21 business days

• Premium international (e.g., express tracked): 6–12 business days

Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, local postal delays, or destination restrictions.

One‑of‑a‑Kind & Care

Each crystal / orgone piece is individually photographed and described. Colors and formations may vary slightly from photos due to natural stone properties.All items are packed with care, including protective padding and secure wrapping, to minimize risk during transit.If you receive an item that is damaged or lost in transit, contact us immediately with photos and tracking details; we will work with the carrier and, where possible, issue a replacement or refund.

Order Changes & Delays

Because these are custom, one‑of‑a‑kind pieces, orders cannot be canceled or modified after 24 hours of placement. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or postal service disruptions.

Refund & Return Policy

All crystal and Orgone pieces are one‑of‑a‑kind, hand‑crafted works of art and are therefore considered final sale in most cases. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or returns for a change of heart, personal preference, or “didn’t match my space” reasons.

Refunds & Replacement

Refunds or replacements are considered only if:

• The item arrives damaged or broken due to shipping.

• The item received is not the piece described or pictured (major error on our part)

If this happens, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging, along with your order number and tracking details. We will work with the carrier and may issue a replacement or store credit; cash refunds are decided on a case‑by‑case basis and may be limited for one‑of‑a‑kind items.

Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and bank. Store credit is typically applied immediately once your case is resolved.

Custom & One‑of‑a‑Kind Status

Because each piece is unique and made to order, we cannot accept returns for:

• Normal variations in color, inclusions, or natural stone patterns.

• Minor cosmetic differences from photos that do not change the integrity of the piece.

• Personal energetic or spiritual impressions about the piece.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are not reimbursed unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or significant damage caused by our packing). International shipping costs are not refunded for returns.

Order Cancellations

Orders for one‑of‑a‑kind pieces cannot be canceled after 24 hours from purchase, as materials or design work may already be in progress. If you have a special circumstance, contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate where possible.

Disputes & Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to decline future orders or memberships. We are always open to working with you directly before escalation to payment platforms.
